Amazing!! I've practiced many forms of martial arts over the years (Aikido, Karate, Ninjustu, Boxing, & Muay Thai). Out of the many forms I have tried, I stuck with Muay Thai for the longest.
I was looking for something more functional, effective, and a fighting style that I could really get into which had immediate practical applications and also, a teaching style that allowed me to absorb the knowledge and put it into action immediately. I had tried many times before (ninjutsu, Aikido, Karate) and much to my chagrin, none were suitable to my needs. I believe now, that the teaching style was the cause for these previous forms not being engaging enough to keep me consistently training with renewed daily interest to come back.

I love this place!! I do the kardio kickboxing with my friends we absolutely love it!!! Both of them are wonderful and OMG are the workouts great. I even quit 24 hr fitness to commit to them! They are the best!
Kick boxing alone is super fun- you get to punch and kick things! Great stress reliever!!
All I can say is that it Ty is absolutely amazing at what he does. If you want to work out hard and lose weight fast, then go to his and his wife's cardio kickboxing classes. Their prices are outstanding and you will never feel the same again. I lost 18 pounds in two months going 3 times a week. Yes, is workout is that good and will kick your behind. The nice thing is that Ty doesn't make you feel bad if your having a bad day, he encourages you to get better and feel better. A+ across the board!
Absolutely phenomenal! A friend and I were looking to start 2010 off with a bang and this was just the place to do it! We joined about a month and half ago and we are hooked! Ty teaches the class and he does an excellent job showing you step by step the different moves so you never feel like you are falling behind. This class keeps you moving for the entire hour and you get the work out of your life here. It definitely spices up your work out routine and keeps you coming back for more! Each day is different which is always nice. The price is also great- we paid about $140 for a 3 month membership (classes are 3 days a week) or you can just pay $8 a class if you don't want to commit right away (but trust me you will come back!)
